Privacy Policy

When you request a reading we collect your first name, email address and birth date. If you tick the marketing box we also record that consent, along with the date and time it was given.

Your birth date is used only to calculate your reading. Your name and email are used to identify your reading and, if you opted in, to send you occasional Elura insights and offers.

Your details are stored in our secure database, and — if you opted in to marketing — in our email service provider so we can send you those messages. We do not sell your information.

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email elkairon@eluracode.com and we will action it.

With your permission we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how well our ads work. It records the pages you visit on this site and whether you submit the form, start checkout or open a full reading, and sends that to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Your name, email address and birth date are never sent to Meta. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland nothing is sent unless you accept the cookie banner; you can change or withdraw your choice any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, and it takes effect immediately.

The €12 unlock is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own secure page and are never seen or stored by Elura.
